Refund Policy

At Girdhari Lal Sweet Shop, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, refunds will be issued under the following conditions only:

  • The product delivered is spoiled, stale, damaged, or not fit for consumption.

  • Customers must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence of the damaged item.

  • Once verified, we will initiate the refund process within 7 working days to your original mode of payment.

  • Refunds will not be granted for complaints received after the stipulated time or for taste preferences.
